Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of all ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and facilitating fun, educational activities that promote childhood development and ensure the well-being of every child. Your energy and compassion will help foster positive experiences for children while maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians. Duties Supervise children during various activities, ensuring their safety and engagement at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities tailored to ages newborn - 10 years old. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's needs, behavior, and daily progress Maintain a clean, organized play area that adheres to safety standards and promotes a welcoming atmosphere Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic childcare needs for infants and toddlers as required Enforce behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children Follow mandated reporting laws by recognizing signs of neglect or abuse and reporting concerns appropriately Requirements Prior experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying preferred CPR Certification is required, and provided by Peak Ability to handle behavior management with patience and professionalism Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is essential Demonstrated ability to supervise children safely while fostering a positive environment Join us in creating memorable experiences for children!!
