Job Description
Full-Time Family Assistant / Nanny - Sandpoint, Idaho We're looking for an exceptional person to join our family in a long-term, full-time role. This is much more than a traditional nanny position. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and wants to become an integral part of helping our family, home, and business run smoothly. Childcare On Mondays and Fridays , you'll be the primary caregiver for our two young children. On Tuesdays through Thursdays , you'll work alongside our long-time nanny, helping with the kids as needed while also focusing on household and business responsibilities. Household Support Responsibilities include meal planning and meal prep, grocery shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, scheduling appointments, managing household projects, and generally helping keep our busy home running efficiently. Business Support We own a growing online coffee and merchandise business, so part of this role includes helping with order fulfillment and day-to-day operations. This may include folding shirts, packing and shipping orders, organizing inventory, restocking supplies, and assisting with other administrative or operational tasks as needed. No two days are exactly alike, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, organized, and enjoys taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
