What You'll Do:

As a Babysitting/Drop-In Childcare Provider, you'll play an essential role in ensuring children have a positive and engaging experience while their parents utilize YMCA services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting families and children with a warm welcome as they enter the classroom. Ensuring all parents have keycards and complete registration forms. Creating a safe, age-appropriate, and fun atmosphere for children. Communicating effectively with families as needed. Following ratio guidelines and setting appropriate boundaries. Releasing children only to the person who dropped them off. Keeping an accurate count of children at all times.
