Madison Avenue Christian Church (Covington, KY) is seeking qualified individuals to care for children under 4 years old in our nursery on Sunday mornings 10:15 am - 12:15 pm. Only adults approved by the Christian Education Department are permitted in the nursery. Supervise and monitor the safety of children Greet parents and children upon arrival to collect information on the child regarding allergies, special needs, etc. Change diapers or assist with bathroom visits Communicate with parents via text in the event of an emergency or emotional need that cannot be met by the caregiver Clean the childcare room to be ready for use the following week Provide care during special events as needed Qualifications 18+ years old and completed a high school diploma or GED Trained in children's CPR and first aid (or willing to be certified) Satisfactory completion of full background check and drug test Must be able to lift 35lbs and infants in and out of crib Must have reliable transportation Compensation $50 per shift Mileage reimbursement per IRS standards
