Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. This role involves caring for children, facilitating their development, and ensuring their well-being while providing peace of mind to parents. •Part time with the possibility of being full time• Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and playtime. Provide guidance in behavior management and conflict resolution among children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Respond promptly to emergencies or medical situations; administer first aid as necessary. Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to caregiving. Skills Experience working with students or children in various settings First aid certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain is essential. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents alike. Ability to create engaging activities that cater to different age groups. Experience in caregiving or classroom management is a plus. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are crucial traits for success in this role.
