As Academy Director you will be responsible for daily operations. Must be able to multitask and keep composure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to problem solve. Responsibilities Leading with integrity. Maintain and promote a positive working culture. Skills Degree Paths:

A Bachelor's degree (with 6+ credit hours in child development/ECE) or an Associate's degree in a relevant field, both requiring 1 year of supervised experience.

Credentials:

A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an approved National Administrator Credential (e.g., NAC), plus 1 year of experience in a licensed center. [1]

Experience & Training:

1 year of experience as a director/staff member in a licensed center, combined with 12 credit hours in child-related courses (15 clock hours may substitute for 3 credits).

Ancillary Certificate:

An Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate and 1 year of experience in a licensed center.
