This family truly values the important role a nanny plays in their children's lives and is looking for someone who will become a trusted, long-term member of their household. The primary focus of this position is providing loving, attentive care and creating a nurturing environment where the children can learn, grow, and thrive. The older child attends school full-time, so care will primarily focus on the baby during the school year; however, the nanny should feel comfortable caring for both children during school breaks, summers, and occasional days off from school. This is a live-out, full-time, long-term position for a caregiver who is warm, positive, and naturally engaged with children. They are looking for someone who will feel valued and supported in their role and who enjoys building a close, trusting relationship with the family over time. They value warmth, positivity, proactive communication, and a caregiver who enjoys spending time with their daughters. The home also includes a friendly 60-pound Bernedoodle, so applicants who enjoy dogs are encouraged to apply. The Ideal Candidate Is Warm, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children Naturally engaging and able to connect with children of both ages Reliable, organized, and proactive A strong communicator who values open and collaborative relationships with parents Someone who takes initiative while understanding that the children's care and well-being are always the top priority
