September 1 Position Overview A family in Concord, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Nanny/House Manager to support their household and two children, ages 6 and 8, as they settle into a new home and the children begin at a new school this fall. The 6-year-old has a lung condition requiring some attentiveness to respiratory health, and the 8-year-old has ADHD; experience supporting children with these needs is preferred. This role blends childcare support with household management — helping keep daily routines, meal prep, errands, and family systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both children's schedules and household logistics. Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation 5 Paid sick days Responsibilities Prepare meals and snacks for the children Run errands as needed Tidy up after morning routines (light pickup only — a separate cleaner handles deep cleaning) Prepare karate uniforms/gear ahead of after-school activities Coordinate after-school activities, including karate and aftercare Support the 6-year-old's respiratory health needs as directed by the family Support the 8-year-old's routines and behavioral strategies related to ADHD Maintain and update the family's Skylight calendar to keep schedules current Establish and maintain household systems to support a smoothly run home Support two children (ages 6 and 8) through the transition to a new school Requirements Prior experience as a Nanny/House Manager required Experience supporting children with respiratory conditions and/or ADHD strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and experience managing household systems/calendars Comfortable coordinating after-school activities and transportation Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references Upon submitting this form, you will be considered for any suitable positions, so there is no need to complete multiple applications.
