They are looking for a caring, organized caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children and is excited to support their growth, learning, and development while also helping the household run smoothly. The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted, consistent presence in their home and who enjoys creating a structured yet engaging daily routine. They value hands-on learning, age-appropriate activities, and fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence in their children. The family appreciates a Montessori-inspired approach but is most interested in finding someone who is nurturing, organized, and aligned with their parenting style. Requirements At least 21 years old Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional childcare experience required Prior infant experience preferred Current CPR / First Aid certification required Non-smoker Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Comfortable driving children; a family vehicle will be provided for on-the-job driving Up to date on all routine vaccinations Comfortable working in a fragrance-free home Due to one child's allergies and sensitivities, the family prefers a nanny who does not own a cat Montessori experience is a plus Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive, and age-appropriate care for three children Assist with school and camp drop-offs and pick-ups Prepare children's breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and simple meals as needed Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and development Support the children's academic growth, independence, and life skills through everyday routines Maintain open communication with parents regarding schedules, activities, and the children's progress Complete family laundry Load and unload the dishwasher Grocery shop and run occasional household errands, including package returns Help maintain an organized and well-functioning household Travel domestically with the family a few times per year if available About the Family This family is looking for a nanny who will become a valued part of their household while maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship.
