Bambini Montessori Academy is hiring an Afternoon Childcare Aide to join our team in Ellicott City, MD . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a dependable Monday-Friday afternoon schedule with no mornings, weekends, or evenings . Our warm, Montessori-inspired child care center serves children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and provides a supportive environment for both children and staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Afternoon Childcare Aide, you will: Support lead teachers with afternoon activities and routines Assist children with snacks, nap time, diapering, and transitions Engage children in play and developmentally appropriate learning Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized Promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or GED (required) Experience in childcare, babysitting, or early education (preferred) Infant/Toddler experience is a plus Patient, dependable, and great with young children Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift 45-hour Child Development training preferred — or willingness to complete
