Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Live-In Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private household setting. This role offers the unique opportunity to live on-site, ensuring the children's needs are met with enthusiasm, compassion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and experienced in managing the daily routines of children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, engaging, and loving environment that promotes growth, learning, and well-being. Responsibilities Provide attentive caregiving for children, including supervising playtime, educational activities, and daily routines Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Assist with preschool activities, early childhood development exercises, and age-appropriate learning experiences Support infants and toddlers with feeding, diapering, nap schedules, and developmental milestones Maintain a clean and organized household environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning children's areas and laundry Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings as needed Administer first aid and CPR in case of emergencies while following safety protocols for children with disabilities or special needs Engage in caregiving duties that include working with children with disabilities or special requirements to ensure inclusive support Collaborate closely with parents to communicate daily updates on children's activities and well-being Ensure compliance with all safety standards related to childcare and household management Qualifications Proven experience working with children in nannying, babysitting, daycare, or private home settings Demonstrated expertise in caring for infants and toddlers, including infant care techniques Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong knowledge of childcare best practices including preschool activities and developmental milestones Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional training in working with children with disabilities is a plus Ability to handle multiple children simultaneously while maintaining patience and attentiveness Excellent cleaning skills along with residential housekeeping experience to maintain a tidy living environment Personal transportation assistance skills for school runs or outings when required Compassionate caregiver who is reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic about nurturing children's growth Join us in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive!
