In this role, you will: Duties Provide attention to clients' children's non-medical needs, such as supervising, changing diapers, feeding, etc. Assist client with light housekeeping, including but not limited to meal prepping, washing bottles, laundry. Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Skills Must have experience with children including babies. Must be available for at least 2-3 shifts per week to maintain employment. Should be flexible and able to accept shifts on short notice. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
