Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director. You will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed. Your leadership will inspire teams. Duties Supervise staff, volunteers, and interns, providing mentorship and ensuring effective team collaboration. Ensure compliance with safety protocols including CPR certification for staff working in education-related programs. Lead team meetings, training sessions, and community workshops to strengthen program delivery and community relationships. Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or child development. Bachelor's degree or higher in a child-related field ( e.g., elementary education,social work, special education) plus : 18 semester hours in early childhood education/child development. 480 hours of child care experience Join us as a Program Director to lead transformative initiatives that empower communities.
Pay:
