What You'll Be Doing As the Child Watch Lead , you'll play a vital role in supporting our members by ensuring their little ones are in safe hands while they crush their fitness goals.
Your key responsibilities include:
Supervising and engaging with children in our Child Watch area to ensure a fun and secure environment. Organizing age-appropriate activities to keep kids entertained and happy. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe space for children to play. Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to address any concerns or needs. Upholding Burn Boot Camp's community values and providing exceptional service to our members. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who's enthusiastic, reliable, and loves working with children. To thrive in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or similar setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both kids and parents. A proactive and safety-conscious mindset to ensure the well-being of every child.
