Part-Time | 8:00 AM•4:00 PM (3 days per week; choose from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

Salary:

$22•$25/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Activity Planning:

Designing and implementing creative, age-appropriate activities, with a heavy emphasis on outdoor exploration and educational sensory play.

Child-Related Tasks:

Preparing nutritious meals and snacks, handling the children's laundry, and managing light housekeeping related to his daily activities.

Routine Management:

Keeping our son on a consistent schedule for meals, play, and naps to ensure he feels secure, safe, and comfortable. Consistent love and care to our infant.

Engaging Care:

Providing dedicated companionship to ease his current transition/clingy phase, keeping him actively distracted and engaged throughout the day.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience is required. Must have experience with infants.

Care Philosophy:

We strongly practice distraction and redirection over discipline. We are looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, patient, and uses positive reinforcement and enthusiasm to guide toddler behavior.
