00 PM Responsibilities As our Child Care Infant Afternoon Aide, you will: Assist teachers and support children in the infant classroom during the afternoon hours Help with classroom transitions, activities, and end-of-day routines Provide cleaning and organizational support including dishes, sanitizing tables, and light laundry Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and restocking supplies Support snack time, bottle feedings, and diaper changes Ensure classrooms and shared spaces are cleaned and prepared for the following day Step in where needed to support staff and provide extra classroom help Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or currently enrolled in high school) Previous childcare, daycare, or preschool experience a plus, but not required—we provide training Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential Must meet state childcare background check requirements Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay Consistent afternoon schedule—great for students or those seeking part-time work On-the-job training and professional development A positive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth into assistant teacher or lead teacher roles
