9:00 AM-12:00 PM Approximately 33 guaranteed hours per week About the Position We are seeking an experienced, warm, and dependable Professional Nanny for a welcoming, faith-centered homeschooling family in Advance, NC . The family has six children; however, the nanny's regular childcare responsibilities will focus on the three youngest, ages 7 months, 3, and 5. The older children, ages 10, 12, and 14, are independent and do not require traditional nanny care. Mom is a hands-on parent who homeschools and will often be present in the home. The nanny will take the lead with the younger children while Mom focuses on homeschooling, planning, or one-on-one time with another child. Dad primarily works from a private home office. Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the three youngest children Plan engaging activities, reading, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning Support the infant's bottles, diapering, and nap routine Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children Take children to parks, activities, and outings as needed Maintain children's play and meal areas and assist with their laundry Communicate openly with parents about routines and the children's day Occasionally assist with a small family-related errand or organization task when childcare needs allow This is not a housekeeping or full household-management position. Childcare will always be the priority.
