Not required A wonderful family in Madison is looking for an active, dependable, and engaging nanny to care for their two sweet boys! Their toddler, Dexter, is outgoing, loves meeting new people, and especially loves books. He currently knows around 30 words, and Mom and Dad would love a nanny who enjoys talking, reading, singing, and helping encourage his language development. He is a great eater and typically naps from about 12:00pm-2:00pm. His baby brother, Damian, is currently bottle fed with a combination of breastmilk and formula and will soon be transitioning to formula. The family is also working on establishing his sleep routine, so someone comfortable and confident with infant care would be a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Caring for both boys throughout the day and keeping their routines consistent
• Reading, playing, and planning fun activities with Dexter
• Supporting Dexter's language development through everyday interaction
• Helping with bottles, feeding, and infant care for Damian
• Assisting with children's meal prep and keeping child-related areas tidy Both parents are looking for someone who can step in confidently, take initiative, and make the boys' days fun while keeping things running smoothly.

Dad works from home about two to three days per week, but the nanny will still have the opportunity to take the lead with the children during working hours. The family also has a friendly mini Australian Shepherd named Dobby, so being comfortable around dogs is important. In addition to the regular Tuesday and Thursday schedule, the family would love someone available for a weekly date night and approximately one weekend per month. Occasional flexibility for later evenings, overnights, or travel would also be a big plus. This is a great opportunity for a nanny who loves both the toddler and infant stages and is looking for a well-paying part-time position with additional hours available.
