Since 2011, Let Mommy Sleep offers a complete team of elite Registered Nurses, Newborn Care Providers, Multiples Experts, and Lactation Counselors; we are consistently recognized for maintaining the highest level of care while successfully assisting families during the transition from hospital to home. Let Mommy Sleep is now expanding, and is currently seeking to hire Nurses and Caregivers to serve the families of Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex, Union and Hudson counties, as well as their surrounding areas! Nursing students also welcome to apply! Nurses provide head to toe assessments of baby and mother, so that mothers may recover from childbirth and families can get proper rest. Nurses and Newborn Care Providers also support new parents by providing evidence-based education on feeding (breast and bottle), newborn care and postpartum care. Caregivers assist families in transitioning baby into a developmentally appropriate schedule by maintaining a thorough log of baby's eating, sleeping and changing patterns. Care shifts are overnight, generally from 9 pm - 7 am.
