Your Day-to-Day Impact:

Talent & Mentorship:

Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional educators. You will coach and mentor your staff to help them reach their full professional potential.

Operational Excellence :

Managing staffing schedules, maintaining strict classroom safety, and ensuring total compliance with Bureau of Child Care Licensing regulations.

Community & Culture :

Building authentic, trust-filled relationships with families and the local community while cultivating a joyful, collaborative team environment.

The Credentials:

Must hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or higher AND possess a valid Nevada Director Certificate, meeting all Bureau of Child Care Licensing requirements.
