Hello! We are a young family in the Henderson / Las Vegas area searching for a nurturing career nanny for our 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old. We are looking for an energetic nanny that is confident in providing full childcare with a focus on early childhood education and creative play. We are a playful family in a single-family home with a private backyard and nearby walking trails. While this is a professional engagement, we want our nanny to feel as part of the family, able to sing, dance, and play with our children anytime. ABOUT YOU

Certified childcare provider, career nanny, or early childhood Montessori preschool teacher who is passionate about working with kids. 2+ years of professional nanny or school experience (infants and toddlers). Engaging personality with an importance on education and creative play. Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable creating an environment where kids can thrive. Infant CPR / First Aid Certified, fully vaccinated with the Tdap and Flu vaccines. Stellar references with clean background and driving record.

ABOUT US

Parents are in their 30s living in Vegas and work from home. Mom and Dad will work with their nanny to respect boundaries and schedules. 3.5 year old boy is in school during the morning + 1.5 year old old girl sleeping, eating, and playing all day long. Parenting style of raising respectful, curious, and cultural children. Family oriented while enjoying imaginative play, educational games, and outdoor activities. Parents love to travel, be outdoors, and try new things. Nanny will join on trips during the year!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Full childcare and child related tasks including meal prep, feeding, laundry, and maintaining their areas. Initiating play dates, social activities, and outdoor and indoor adventures. Engaging in educational activities to promote developmental milestones. Light housekeeping, organization, and managing household items. $25+ per hour, 40 hours per week. Typical care hours Monday through Friday, 10 to 6 PM (schedule varies). Date nights, weekends, travel on occasion - schedule will be shared in advance. Benefits include paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Start date of September 2026.
