Job Description
Absolute Best Care Nanny Agency is the largest and most successful agency on Long Island. The #1 local agency for nannies on Indeed for Long Island. Never a fee to nannies. We have been placing childcare providers for 20 years on Long Island. Our success rate with all positions is over 90%. We treat our nannies well-we need you to be successful. A busy couple with a 21 month old girl is looking for the right nanny to join the family long-term. This is a good opportunity for a long commitment. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and FRiday from 9:30 to 5:30 pm. Occasional need for arrival between 7:30-8:30. Typical childcare duties-activities-including developmental ones, meals, kid's laundry, rooms, bottles, etc. Small friendly dog-17Lbs. You must have your own car and license, and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a nanny. All applicants must be legal to work. Citizen, work permit or green card. Looking for someone who is warm, caring, patient and pro-active. MUST swim-the family has a pool. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary restrictions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities and meals.
