Job Description
Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club is a beautiful, family oriented club that is located in Powell, Ohio. Our Kid's Club is considered the heart of the club where the member's drop their children off while they are able to relax and have some "me time".
Kids Club Attendant Pay:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Part-time, minimum 15 hours per week

Year-round or school-year seasonal About the Position We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Kids Club Attendant to join our team! Our Kids Club provides a fun, welcoming environment where children can play and be cared for while their parents enjoy the club's amenities. Our Kids Club serves children ranging from infants through age 12 , so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids and is comfortable interacting with a variety of ages. Priority Availability Our greatest and most immediate staffing need is weekday mornings from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. Applicants with consistent availability during this time will receive priority consideration. Additional shifts may also be available:
Weekdays:
1:00 PM-5:00
PM Evenings:
5:00 PM-9:00/10:00
PM Weekends:
9:00 AM-1:00 PM and other daytime/evening shifts Additional hours may be available depending on availability and programming Employees should be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week , typically 3-4 shifts. At least one Saturday evening per month from approximately 4:30 PM-9:00 PM is required to assist with our Parents' Night Out events. Responsibilities Provide attentive, hands-on supervision for children ranging from infants through age 12 Create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for children Engage children in play, crafts, games, and age-appropriate activities Assist with basic childcare needs, including feeding, diaper changes, and infant care as needed Help children transition between activities and encourage positive interactions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Kids Club environment Communicate professionally and warmly with parents, children, and other staff members Assist with special children's programs and events, including Parents' Night Out Follow Kids Club policies, procedures, and safety expectations Qualifications Minimum age: 15 years old; applicants age 16+ preferred At least 1 year of babysitting, childcare, camp, daycare, or other experience working with children Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Patient, friendly, responsible, and comfortable interacting with children and parents Able to actively supervise and engage with multiple children at once Willing to work with children of different ages and developmental stages Must be available for at least 15 hours per week Must be available for at least one Saturday evening Parents' Night Out event per month CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Previous experience caring for infants is a plus, but not required — training can be provided for diapering, feeding, and other infant-care responsibilities Employment offers are contingent upon completion of the club's required background screening Pay Starting pay is generally $15.00-$16.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and availability. Employees are eligible for performance-based pay increases , providing opportunities to earn a higher hourly rate as they gain experience and demonstrate strong performance in the role.
