As Academy Director, you'll lead a Christ-centered team committed to seeing children and families transformed by the Gospel through Christ-centered child care. This role is for someone who can develop people, grow enrollment, build a strong church partnership, and take ownership of safe, compliant operations. What You'll Lead Recruit, coach, and develop a mission-centered team. Build trusted relationships with families and Five Lakes Church. Lead outreach and family engagement to grow enrollment and retention. Oversee licensing, safety, classroom quality, staffing, facilities, transportation, food-program requirements, billing, and financial practices. Required Three years as an Academy Director in a licensed child care facility. Teaching experience with children from infancy through elementary age. Experience with licensing, staff supervision, operations, marketing, and customer service. Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and database or CRM systems. Preferred Bachelor's degree.
