General Information:

To provide safe, engaging, and nurturing care for children while parents participate in group meetings, workshops, or events. This role supports the agency's mission to foster community and connection among parents.

Minimum Qualifications:

18 years of age and pass background check CPR/First Aid Certification Comfortable working with multiple children and diverse families Experience caring for children (babysitting, daycare, camp, etc.) preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Supervise children during group sessions and activities Create a welcoming and safe environment for children of various ages Lead age-appropriate play, crafts, or quiet time as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area Communicate with parents about any concerns or incidents Follow group safety guidelines and emergency procedures
