We are a family in Yukon, OK looking for an experienced, dependable part-time nanny to primarily care for our 2-month-old baby. We are looking for someone long-term who can become a trusted and consistent part of our family's routine for at least the next year.

Schedule:

Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with a minimum of 20 hours consistently available each week. Our typical needs will fall between 11:00 AM-8:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays . The schedule will generally be consistent but may occasionally change based on our work schedules. We can typically provide the schedule approximately one week in advance. Some flexibility is important. Primary Responsibilities Your main responsibility will always be the care and safety of our infant, including: Bottle feeding breast milk Diaper changes Following nap schedules Tummy time Age-appropriate play and interaction Developmental activities Washing bottles and related feeding items Baby laundry Keeping baby's immediate areas clean and tidy We also have a 10-year-old daughter who is largely independent. There may occasionally be times when you are responsible for both children or need to pick her up from school or prepare a simple meal/snack. Light Household Help When the baby's needs have been taken care of and time allows, we would appreciate help with normal household tasks such as: Loading/unloading the dishwasher Dishes and kitchen cleanup Laundry Sweeping, vacuuming and occasional mopping General tidying Occasional simple meal preparation Childcare will always take priority over household tasks. Requirements 3+ years of professional childcare/nanny experience Previous newborn/young infant experience required CPR and First Aid certified Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Clean driving record Willing to complete a background check Professional references Non tobacco smoker Dependable and punctual Strong communication Comfortable working with a somewhat flexible schedule Comfortable around dogs and cats We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Pet care is not a primary responsibility, although occasionally letting the dogs outside may be needed. We are looking for someone who is attentive and genuinely interacts with our baby rather than simply supervising. Personal phone use should be minimal while actively caring for the baby, and personal visitors or bringing another child to work will not be permitted.
