This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers and administrative staff in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. You'll have the opportunity to combine your ECE experience with business management skills to influence the operations of a NAEYC accredited Academy. Job Responsibilities:

Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a child care facility, to include enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing and quality assurance. Trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities. Qualifications A minimum of two years experience as a center director or assistant director Knowledge of the early childhood learning standards and developmentally appropriate practices Well organized and even-tempered to handle the day to day operations of a large center Dependable, consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Meet or exceed Oregon State required director's credentials Must be authorized to work in the United States and clear background checks as required by Oregon state Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related education field a plus but not required Join us in shaping the future by leading with passion, innovation, and dedication!
