We guide both the nanny and family through the hiring process by coordinating interviews, arranging paid trial sits, and preparing the final employment contract once a match is made. Our team also provides support and advocacy leading up to your first day with the family to help ensure a smooth start. Placement Information:

We're looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for two infants (6 and 8 months at the start) in a nanny share in NE Portland. Two first-time-parent families who are creative, crafty, and love spending time outdoors. At least one parent will typically be working from home, while giving the nanny space to independently lead the day.
