highly private family based in the Northeast U.S. is seeking an exceptional and experienced ROTA Nanny to join their household and care for their four school-aged children. Due to the family's desire for privacy, the exact location will only be disclosed to qualified candidates as they progress through the interview process. The family is looking for someone who is smart, intelligent, proactive, and a true go-getter—someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and confidently manage the children's busy schedules while working collaboratively within the household.

Schedule1 week on / 1 week off (7 days on / 7 days off) rotational schedule. The position will initially begin as a 3-month temporary role, compensated at a competitive daily or hourly rate, with the intention of finding an excellent long-term fit.

The family is open to the nanny flying in and out for their rotations during the initial temporary period. If the position transitions into a permanent role, candidates must be willing to relocate to the Northeast U.S.

ASAPThe ChildrenThe family has four school-aged children with active school, extracurricular, and after-school schedules.

The ideal candidate should be familiar and comfortable working with neurodivergent children and understand the importance of patience, adaptability, consistency, and individualized support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the children's day-to-day care during the nanny's rotation
• Manage school schedules, drop-offs, and pick-ups
• Drive children to after-school activities, sports, appointments, playdates, and other commitments
• Coordinate and stay ahead of multiple children's schedules
• Maintain established routines, structure, and consistency
• Keep children's school items, activity supplies, clothing, and belongings organized
• Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Anticipate the children's needs and proactively handle day-to-day responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with the parents and other household staff
• Work collaboratively as part of an established household team
• Travel with the family as needed

Travel :

The family travels throughout the year to several of their residences within the United States. The ROTA Nanny must be comfortable traveling domestically with the family during their scheduled rotation and providing consistent care across multiple residences. Candidates must have a valid passport and be comfortable with travel as needed. Candidates must have:

• Previous ROTA and/or live-in nanny experience
• Experience caring for multiple school-aged children
• Familiarity and experience working with neurodivergent children
• An exceptionally strong and confident driving record
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A proactive, go-getter mentality
• Strong judgment and the ability to think several steps ahead
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with parents and household staff
• A valid passport
• Willingness and ability to travel with the family
• Ability to fly in and out for rotations during the initial temporary period
• Willingness to relocate to the Northeast U.S. if the position becomes permanent
• A genuine interest in a long-term opportunity Compensation & Benefits-The initial 3-month temporary period will be compensated at a highly competitive daily or hourly rate, depending on experience and the finalized schedule.

The family is ultimately hoping to retain the right candidate in a permanent ROTA position following a successful temporary period. Full benefits will be offered following a successful 90-day probationary period.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
