The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young learners, fostering their development through play and structured activities. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among children. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns. Provide care for toddlers and preschool age children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across the daycare. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom environment. Skills Strong knowledge of preschool education principles and practices. Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support children's social-emotional development. Experience in working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
