Guided Path DFW - Home Health & Child Care Services About Us Guided Path DFW is a purpose-driven general residential child care organization dedicated to nurturing resilience, safety, and growth in vulnerable youth across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We provide high-quality, trauma-informed care in a residential setting and are committed to empowering the next generation through compassionate leadership and comprehensive support services. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) to oversee our residential child care operations. The LCCA will provide visionary leadership, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage daily operations, and cultivate a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for the youth in our care. The ideal candidate is a strong manager with a passion for children, proven administrative skills, and the ability to lead and motivate staff. Key Responsibilities Serve as the designated administrator for Guided Path DFW's residential child care operations in compliance with 26 TAC §745.8919 and HHS Minimum Standards. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of child care programs. Supervise direct care and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and therapeutic practices Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff training Collaborate with case managers, therapists, educators, and licensing agencies to ensure comprehensive care for each child Conduct regular internal audits and readiness checks to ensure licensing and accreditation standards are met Lead emergency preparedness efforts and serve as the primary contact for state inspections or investigations Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with licensing and HIPAA guidelines Provide leadership in incident reporting, grievance procedures, and policy enforcement Qualifications Education & Experience (as required by the State of Texas): A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience in a residential child care setting OR One (1) year of full-time management or supervisory experience in a licensed residential child care setting within the past 10 years Proven responsibility in implementing child care programs and supervising at least one staff member in alignment with §745.8919(a)(4) Must pass a comprehensive background check and submit a criminal history affidavitLicensure & Documentation:
Valid Child Care Administrator License (LCCA) in the State of Texas Ability to provide three professional references in accordance with DFPS Form 3016 Preferred Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of trauma-informed care, behavioral intervention strategies, and youth development Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to lead with empathy and authority in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in compliance documentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development support Meaningful work that impacts the lives of youth and familiesTo Apply:
