This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is warm, attentive, organized, and confident taking the lead with both childcare and household support. Mom will be home most of the time initially as the family settles into a new routine, with the goal of the Family Assistant gradually taking on more independent responsibility as the role develops. The family values faith, connection, honesty, and quality time together; they take a holistic approach to health and parenting, follow a no-screen-time philosophy, and enjoy Montessori-inspired and sensory play. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 12:00-4:00 PM (12 hours/week) Flexibility for occasional evenings with advance notice is a perk.

Compensation:

$30+/hour

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Providing attentive, engaged care for a 9-month-old, including bottle feedings, introducing solids, and diapering Managing naptime routines and supporting a consistent daily rhythm Engaging baby in creative, sensory, and Montessori-inspired play Preparing simple meals for the baby as needed Keeping the home tidy and organized Managing dishes, bottles, kitchen cleaning, and general household upkeep Managing household laundry, including sorting, washing, folding, and ironing Changing linens and making beds Letting the family dog outside and providing basic pet support as needed Preparing occasional home-cooked meals for the family (a welcomed bonus, not required) •To Apply for this role, follow the directions below.•The Ideal Candidate Brings relevant experience in infant care and household management Warm, nurturing, and engaged with children Calm, adaptable, and grounded, even amid fussiness or change Highly organized and detail-oriented, with pride in a well-run home Proactive and resourceful, with excellent follow-through Maintains discretion and protects family privacy at all times Comfortable and confident around pets (must love dogs!)
