Family:

The family has a 5-month-old baby and three friendly dogs. Mom works from home full-time but wants the nanny to take the lead during working hours. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a home where a parent is present and around 3 friendly dogs. Responsibilities Providing attentive, loving care for a 5-month-old infant Following bottle, feeding, and sleep routines Supporting solids practice as the baby develops Planning and engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities Encouraging learning through play and supporting developmental milestones Supporting daytime crib sleep and gentle nap sleep routines Providing contact naps when needed and remaining flexible with the baby's needs Keeping bottles, feeding items, toys, and play areas clean and organized Communicating openly with parents about the baby's day, needs, routines, and development Adapting activities and routines as the baby grows and developmental needs change Taking initiative and confidently managing the baby's care throughout the day

Ideal Candidate:

Has professional experience caring for infants Is CPR and First Aid certified Is dependable, punctual, and reliable Is patient, nurturing, attentive, and proactive Has strong communication skills Is comfortable supporting gentle sleep routines Understands infant development and age-appropriate activities Is comfortable working independently while a parent works remotely Is comfortable around multiple dogs Is seeking a long-term position and interested in growing with a family The family values a responsive, developmentally appropriate approach that prioritizes connection, consistency, and healthy routines.
