$20-25/hour, based on experience We're looking for a warm, reliable, and self-starting full-time nanny for a loving Flower Mound family with three girls — 9 months, 2 years, and 4 years old. Primary care is for the 9-month-old; the two older girls attend daycare from 9am-4pm, so you'll have one-on-one time with the baby during the day alongside supporting the whole family's routine. There's also a friendly 12-year-old terrier mix in the home. This family values strong communication and genuine enthusiasm for childcare. They're open to candidates of all ages and would love someone comfortable with the possibility of occasional family travel in the future (potentially international, roughly once every six months). Spanish is a plus, but strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

18 years of age or older 2+ years of childcare experience (full-time position) CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence Comfortable with infant care as the primary responsibility Reliable transportation Two references from past families or clients who can vouch for your care and character Ability to pass a background check If you're passionate about working with children and have the experience to match, we'd love to hear from you!
