Join Our Team as a Part-Time Floater! Are you fun, welcoming, and ready to bring positive energy to the start of each day? We're looking for a part time Floater to support our teachers, families, and center operations! In this role you'll assist with staff lunch breaks, cover classes as needed and keep things running smoothly across the school. From stepping into classes to lending a hand in the kitchen, office, or on the school drop off route—you'll be a flexible, dependable part of our team.

What We're Looking For:
Availability from 10:30am - 6pm A bright, welcoming personality Must be able to pass a background check Will need to complete an online Health & Safety class CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days (if not already certified) Reliability, flexibility, and clear communication skills A genuine love for children and a supportive team spirit Must have a valid driver license and be willing and able to drive a 12-15 passenger van (with training provided).
Physical Requirements:
You'll need to be comfortable with being on your feet, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 40 lbs in an emergency. Responsibilities may include greeting families, substituting in classrooms, assisting with potty training, helping in the kitchen or office, and driving on the school van route as needed. If you're ready to work with purpose, flexibility, and a smile—we'd love to meet you! Hourly pay is based on experience.
