About the Role We are seeking experienced babysitters who have a deep understanding of neurodiverse children, with a strong focus on supporting children with ADHD. This role is ideal for caregivers who bring patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to every interaction, and who thrive in dynamic, child-led environments. You are not just supervising, you are creating a safe, engaging, and supportive experience tailored to each child's unique needs. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, high-quality care for children with ADHD and other neurodiverse profiles Create structured yet flexible environments that support focus, creativity, and emotional regulation Use positive reinforcement, redirection, and proven behavioral strategies Adapt activities to match each child's energy, interests, and sensory needs Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with parents before, during, and after each booking Maintain a calm, patient, and grounded presence in all situations Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and household guidelines What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience caring for neurodiverse children, especially ADHD Strong understanding of executive functioning challenges and emotional regulation Naturally patient, observant, and responsive Able to balance structure with flexibility Excellent communication skills with both children and parents Professional, reliable, and punctual Preferred Backgrounds Experience in special education, behavioral therapy, psychology, or related fields Previous work as a nanny, teacher, paraprofessional, or therapist Familiarity with tools such as visual schedules, timers, and sensory activities What You'll Love About This Role Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families Opportunities to build strong, trusted relationships Flexible scheduling through a modern platform Support from a team that prioritizes safety, quality, and caregiver excellence Our Standards All caregivers on the Call Emmy platform meet rigorous vetting requirements, including identity verification, comprehensive background checks, and ongoing quality standards.
