Job Responsibilities:

The individual effectively oversees and manages all facets of a childcare facility, encompassing human resources, customer relations, financial systems, quality control, and facility management. They design and implement creative, age-appropriate programs for all children enrolled at the academy. Additionally, they actively foster and sustain positive relationships with customers and the community. The individual ensures high capacity utilization and adeptly manages resources in alignment with budgetary constraints. Furthermore, they cultivate strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.

Job Qualifications:

The candidate must possess experience in early childhood education, along with a minimum of three years of experience working in a childcare center in an administrative capacity or in a leadership role. Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with familiarity with various social media platforms. We seek a preferred candidate with experience in sales, marketing, communication, budget management, and management, specifically within Franchise or Corporate Child Care centers. The candidate is required to possess a State of Texas Director Credential. Candidates must fulfill the state's minimum requirements for both education and experience and successfully pass all background checks without any conditions imposed by the Texas Department of Families and Protective Services. Candidate must be available to work anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as during evening and weekend events as needed.
