Family Assistant Nanny

We're assisting a busy family in need of reliable, long-term family assistance. This is a fully staffed household that values longevity and a daily routine!

Family's home in The Woodlands, TX 77389

Pay:

$41

• 42 per hour for nannies with 10 or more years of experience $38
• 40 per hour for nannies with 5-9 years of experience $35
• 37 per hour for nannies with up to 4 years of experience On payroll, W2 10 days PTO, 9 holidays, 5 sick days Relocation assistance can be negotiated for out-of-area candidates

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm Some flexibility is needed with the schedule as needs and the children's extracurricular schedules may evolve

Travel Required:

3-4 trips per year, about 5-8 days each trip. Within the US only.

Children:

3, 7, and 9 years old

Duties:

Do children's laundry, rotate clothing by size/season, and change linens Tidy children's rooms, play areas, kitchen, and common spaces; light Swiffer floors; trash/recycling disposal Pick up children from school, activities, or lessons (pick-ups are split with mom, vehicle provided) Serve chef-prepared meals and snacks to the children Maintain daily routines for meals, school, homework, and play Engage in playtime; support milestones; encourage independence Support after-school and bedtime routines alongside mom Kensington works with families who offer some of the best jobs around! Kensington Nanny Agency Requirements Must have 2 or more years of recent, verifiable professional private home experience Understanding of professional boundaries, modesty and dressing appropriately Must be at least 21 years of age Have a reliable car Excellent driving record Be drug-free Able to swim Have a stable work history Speak excellent English
