Overview Join our team as a dedicated Sitter, where your nurturing spirit and proactive approach will make a meaningful difference in children's lives. In this role, you will provide attentive supervision, engaging activities, and a safe environment for an autistic Boy. must be familiar with autism and disability.. Your energy and compassion will help create a positive experie childcare support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while making a genuine impact in a family's daily routine. Duties Supervise children during parents' absence, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers Support children with special needs or disabilities by providing tailored care and encouragement Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed Provide personal transportation assistance when needed for school runs or appointments Communicate effectively with parents about children's activities, behaviors, and needs to foster transparency and trust Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Knowledge of child supervision best practices and safety procedures Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is preferred Prior nannying or babysitting experience with multiple children is highly desirable Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently using first aid skills Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Reliable personal transportation to assist with school pickups or outings when necessary Compassionate attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for caregiving We are committed to providing a supportive environment where caregivers can thrive while making a positive difference.
