A Nanny or Babysitter provides care for children in their homes. Stays with children on a regular basis or for occasional day or evening times, or works full time; may live with a family.
We're looking for a kind, dependable, and attentive Childcare Team Member to join our growing team at Mom's Oasis. You'll help supervise and care for children while their parents enjoy salon services. Mom's Oasis is a startup with a heart — we value teamwork, transparency, and creating a warm, family-focused environment for moms and their children. Thursday & Friday Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in play and simple activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment Communicate with parents during drop-off and pick-up in a friendly, professional manner Ensure proper sign-in/out and maintain accurate attendance records Follow all safety, cleanliness, and child-protection protocols established by Mom's Oasis Report any incidents or concerns promptly to management Help keep the childcare area and salon tidy Assist with light cleaning, restocking, and other simple daily tasks as needed As a startup environment, flexibility and teamwork are essential — we support one another and step in where needed.
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States Must be dependable, patient, attentive, and kind Comfortable supervising and engaging with young children Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Friendly and confident communicating with parents and clients Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive team player Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays Interest in long-term growth and building with a growing brand Prior childcare experience is helpful, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
Compensation & Growth:
