Job Overview Before & After School Care Staff Triple T Sports Center - Suffolk, VA School Year Begins August 24 Triple T Sports Center is hiring energetic, dependable team members for our Before & After School Care Program. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children and can help create a safe, positive, structured, and fun environment before and after the school day. Responsibilities Actively supervise and engage with school-age children Lead games, crafts, activities, and organized play Help children follow daily routines and program expectations Promote kindness, teamwork, and positive behavior Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate professionally with children, families, and team members Follow all Triple T Sports Center and childcare licensing policies Preferred Qualifications Previous childcare or school-age program experience First Aid and CPR certification preferred Responsible, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Comfortable leading and participating in activities with children Available during morning and/or afternoon program hours Able to complete all required childcare background checks and training This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of children while working with a supportive and energetic team.
