Job Description
The Creative Kids Academy Burien, Spanish Immersion Preschool The Creative Kids Academy opened 7/3/26! We are seeking a Director that has an understanding of classroom environment and has a strong passion for working with children and understands early learning. A Director that is well versed with WAC, health and safety, family communication, disaster preparedness, and day to day needs of running a center. Job description includes:
Interfacing with parents and teachers. Communicating children's needs effectively to parents. Answering the phones, emails, and checking the mail box, DSHS tracking, child sign in and out, overseeing classroom and curriculum, keeping a clean environment. Being a dedicated role model for everyone on our team.- This job requires the ability to: bend, reach, lift, move objects. Minimal sitting, mostly standing, walking, and moving around

We are part of an Early Achiever's Program that allows us the ability to send teachers to school at little to no cost. This program is for teachers who want to attain ECE Credits, which can be built to an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in ECE.Needed upon hiring:
ECE Degree, Cleared Portable Background Check, Food Handlers Permit, Proof of MMR, Proof of Negative TB Test, Valid driver's license, High school Diploma, 30 Hours STARS Training, CPR, 1st Aid, BBP/HIV Training, Safe Sleep Training, EQEL if needed, DCYF Trainings, DCYF Orientation- All applicable
