Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing, engaging, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The Nanny will play a vital role in supporting families by managing daily routines, fostering development, and maintaining a clean and organized home. Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare tailored to each child's age, developmental stage, and individual needs, including infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary requirements and preferences Engage children in educational play, teaching activities, and age-appropriate learning experiences to promote growth and curiosity Assist with personal transportation needs such as school runs or extracurricular activities to ensure timely arrival and departure Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks including cleaning up after children, laundry, and light tidying Administer basic first aid or CPR when necessary to ensure safety during emergencies or minor injuries Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and working closely with families to meet individual requirements Requirements Proven experience working with children in a nannying or childcare capacity, including private home childcare experience Demonstrated ability to care for multiple children simultaneously with patience and professionalism Knowledge of infant care practices, toddler development, preschool education, and daycare standards Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Skills in meal preparation tailored for children's nutritional needs and dietary restrictions Ability to provide personal transportation assistance safely using own or family vehicle if needed Strong background in caregiving, babysitting, teaching, or daycare environments that emphasize child safety and development Join us in caring for my two young children.
