Job Description
Location:
Onalaska, WI Approximately 12-18 hours per weekTypical Hours:
Monday-Wednesday, approximately 2:00-6:30 PM, with occasional Thursday/Friday hours as needed We are a busy family looking for a reliable, organized, and caring Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant to help with our two younger children, ages 5 and 7, and keep our afternoons running smoothly. This is a great position for a college student, graduate student, or someone looking for consistent part-time hours with a family. Responsibilities The primary responsibility will be caring for our two children after school, including:- Picking children up from school
- Helping with homework and after-school routines
- Preparing simple snacks or meals
- Playing with and engaging the kids
- Occasional transportation to activities
- Helping keep kids' spaces and belongings organized Befor school pickup, we would also appreciate help with light household/family-assistant tasks, such as:
- Light tidying and household organization
- Kids' laundry
- Unloading/loading the dishwasher
- Preparing snacks or helping with simple meal prep
- Other small tasks that help keep a busy household running smoothly This is not a housekeeping position. We are simply looking for someone who is comfortable pitching in with light household tasks during downtime. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Warm, patient, and comfortable with school-age children
- Organized and able to take initiative
- A safe and responsible driver
- Comfortable helping around the house without needing constant direction
- Looking for a position they can ideally stay in throughout the school year Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation to/from our home
- Comfortable driving children (family vehicle available for transporting the kids)
- References required

- Prior childcare/nanny experience preferred
