Job Description
"We exist to develop disciples who: love God, love the church, and love others." First Baptist Church of Bartow, Florida is currently seeking the man whom God is leading to serve as our next Senior Pastor. We are seeking a strong Bible preacher/teacher with a healthy spiritual prayer life. Our Pastor must be approachable and relational and prove to be effective across generations.
