Job Description
At First Baptist Church of Decatur Illinois we are looking to add a Next Generation Director/Pastor to our staff. The Next Generation Director/Pastor will lead and develop the Children (nursery through fifth grade) and the Youth Ministry (6th through 12th grade) for Discipleship and Evangelism at First Baptist Church Decatur. This person will need to have a strong Biblical foundation, experience with Children's and Youth Ministry, a vibrant faith in Jesus, as well as leadership and organizational skills.
