Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Worship and Next-Generation Pastor to lead our congregation's worship experiences and nurture the spiritual growth of our children/youth and emerging generations. This dynamic role combines musical leadership, spiritual mentorship, and innovative programming to inspire a vibrant faith community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering authentic worship, engaging young people in their faith journey, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can connect with God deeply. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence lives through music, teaching, and ministry leadership within a thriving faith-based organization. Duties Lead engaging and inspiring worship services, incorporating music, prayer, and multimedia elements to create meaningful spiritual experiences Develop and implement innovative programs for youth and young adults that promote spiritual growth, community involvement, and leadership development Mentor and disciple emerging leaders within the next-generation ministry, fostering their personal faith journeys and leadership skills Collaborate with church staff to plan special events such as retreats, outreach initiatives, and holiday services that resonate with diverse age groups Utilize strong presentation skills to communicate effectively during public speaking engagements, training sessions, and community outreach efforts Qualifications Proven experience in discipleship, leading worship, and/or directing or working with children/youth. Experience in event planning for church functions or community outreach programs Ability to work collaboratively with staff members while managing multiple projects simultaneously This role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering vibrant worship environments while mentoring the next generation of faith leaders.
