Youth Director - Trinity Evangelical Church Youth Director (Part-Time) Trinity Evangelical Church — North Reading, MA 20 hours/week | $25-$30/hour, based on experience | Reports to the Lead Pastor Trinity is a gospel-centered, non-denominational church north of Boston. For more than 200 years, we have existed to help people become rooted in Jesus, grow together, and serve our community . We typically gather in two Sunday services (one service in the summer) and live-stream as well. We are seeking a Youth Director who loves Jesus, loves students, and is passionate about helping the next generation grow in their faith. Our Student Ministry currently serves more than 60 active middle and high school students in grades 6-12 . This role is a great fit if one Has a growing relationship with Christ and can affirm Trinity's Statement of Faith Is passionate about helping middle and high school students follow Jesus Is a strong communicator, relational leader, and team builder Can create engaging, biblically grounded environments for students Enjoy recruiting, developing, and caring for volunteers Value partnering with parents in their children's spiritual growth Is organized, self-motivated, creative, and collaborative Core Responsibilities Provide vision and leadership for Student Ministry, grades 6-12 Oversee engaging Sunday morning and midweek programming Teach and communicate biblical truth in ways students can understand and apply Build authentic community and a welcoming environment for students Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteer leaders Partner with parents to encourage students' spiritual growth Develop opportunities for discipleship, outreach, service, and leadership Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and church staff What Success Looks Like Students growing in their relationship with Christ, a welcoming and thriving youth community, strong partnerships with parents, and a healthy team of equipped and cared-for volunteers. Compensation $25-$30 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week , depending on experience and qualifications.
