Restore Community Church is looking for a full-time Community Life Pastor to join our Park Hill Campus team in Kansas City. At Restore, our mission is Helping People Find Their Way Back to God, and this role is all about helping adults take meaningful next steps from Attender to Missional Living. The Community Life Pastor will build and lead environments where people can grow spiritually, find community, discover their purpose, and ultimately help others find their way back to God. This person will oversee our core discipleship spaces-including Alpha, Partner Pathway and Missionary Pathway-as well as small groups, missional communities, and key volunteer teams. We're looking for a relational and spiritually mature leader who loves developing people, recruiting and empowering volunteers, building healthy teams, and creating a culture where disciples and leaders reproduce themselves. Some Additional responsibilities include helping train leaders and volunteers, teaching on our adult stage on Sunday mornings, and supporting the Campus Pastor with the pastoral care of our church.
