Chaplain - Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) About Us We are a vibrant, established, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care across all stages of aging. Our community values dignity, spiritual well-being, and meaningful connection for every resident we serve. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual care and emotional support to our residents, their families, and our staff. The Chaplain will play a vital role in fostering a spiritually inclusive and respectful environment within our community. This is preferably a full-time position. We will consider part-time for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one spiritual counseling and pastoral care to include support groups and hospital visits Lead services, prayer gatherings, and memorial services Support residents and families during illness, transition, and end-of-life care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic resident needs Respect and serve individuals of diverse faith, spiritual traditions and beliefs Offer staff support, including debriefing and wellness resources Qualifications Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited graduate school required 5 Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units strongly preferred Experience in healthcare, hospice, or senior living settings is a plus Demonstrated ability to provide inclusive, interfaith care Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills Previous church experience is preferred What We Offer Meaningful work in a mission-driven community.
